new Delhi: 10 people have died in Birbhum Violence following the murder of a TMC leader in Rampurhat in West Bengal’s Birbhum district. The killers had set fire to 10 houses in the village. In this, 8 people of the same family were burnt alive. The Bharatiya Janata Party has become aggressive regarding this massacre in the state. BJP MPs from Bengal have met Union Home Minister Amit Shah and complained about it. At the same time, the Ministry of Home Affairs has sought a report from the state government regarding this violence. At the same time, Trinamool Congress has expressed apprehension of conspiracy behind this violence.
Birbhum Violence: Mamata Banerjee should resign
Party MPs led by West Bengal BJP President Shukanta Majumdar met Amit Shah regarding the Birbhum violence and informed about the violence taking place in the state. Majumdar, who came out after the meeting, said, “Union Home Minister Amit Shah has assured us that he will seek a report on the Birbhum incident in 72 hours, after which a team will go there to review the law and order situation. Mamata Banerjee should be held accountable, she is the CM. He should resign from his post.”

Mamta and Governor again came in front
Governor Jaideep Dhankar and Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee have once again come face to face with the violence in Rampurhat. Questioning the law and order situation in the state, the Governor said that the violence in Rampurhat indicates a worrying situation in West Bengal. The law and order situation in the state is deteriorating. Bengal is a laboratory of human rights violations. I want to cooperate with the government provided there is a legal process.”
Chief Minister Mamta has retaliated on this statement of the Governor. Writing a letter to the Governor, Mamata Banerjee urged the Governor to refrain from making inappropriate statements and allow the administration to conduct a fair investigation.

What is the whole matter?
Trinamool Congress leader and Deputy Sarpanch Bhadu Sheikh was attacked and killed by unknown people with a bomb. The attack took place when they were standing at a shop. Sheikhu was seriously injured in the attack, after which he was taken to the hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead. The news of Shekhu’s death spread like fire in the area. On hearing the news of the death of their leader, the supporters became aggressive and set many houses on fire in the village. The killers first locked the doors outside the houses and then set the houses on fire. Due to this fire, people who slept at night were burnt alive. Police have pulled out eight bodies from a house. With this, news of many people getting injured has come to the fore.
