Aryan Khan Drug Case: Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, who was arrested in the Mumbai cruise party drug case, has still not got relief from the Bombay High Court. The matter will now be heard again tomorrow i.e. on Wednesday. The Bombay High Court will hear the matter tomorrow at 2.30 pm.
Former Attorney General of India Mukul Rohatgi today appeared before the Bombay High Court for Aryan Khan’s bail plea. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Tuesday filed its reply in the Mumbai High Court and strongly opposed Aryan Khan’s bail plea. However, in his reply, Aryan said that he has nothing to do with outside incidents relating to allegations and counter-allegations between the NCB and a political leader.
Aryan Khan Drug Case: Will Aryan Khan get bail? Mukul Rohatgi will argue in Bombay High Court today
Stating that the bail plea has no merit and should be dismissed, the NCB said that the probe has revealed Aryan Khan’s international links, which shows that he is not merely a consumer, as he has claimed. The agency insisted that Aryan has procured illegal drugs.
Referring to the affidavit of Prabhakar Sail, an independent witness, the NCB termed it as a clear example of tampering and influencing witnesses in the midst of the ongoing investigation and insisted that Khan’s bail plea should be rejected on this ground alone.

It said that Shah Rukh Khan’s manager Pooja Dadlani has influenced the witness and as soon as this obvious fact came to light, the NCB immediately moved the special NDPS court on Monday (October 25).
In a two-page brief reply to the NCB’s 35-page reply, Khan’s legal team said that nothing to do with the allegations and counterarguments currently in public or social media between him (Sameer Wankhede) and certain political figures (Nawab Malik)- Do not give.
He said Khan is not leveling any allegations against anyone in the NCB and he has no links with independent witness Sail or his alleged employer and another witness Kiran Gosavi. Accordingly, Khan sought bail on the ground of merits unaffected by the ongoing developments outside the case.
The NCB’s reply and the bail plea were now debated by Khan’s lawyers, former Attorney General of India Mukul Rohatgi as well as senior lawyers such as Amit Desai and Satish Manshinde.
Also, apart from Aryan Khan, the bail applications of two other accused Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha are also expected to be heard on Tuesday itself. Earlier, all these accused were sent to judicial custody till October 30 by the special NDPS court.
The Narcotics Control Bureau on October 3 arrested 23-year-old Aryan Khan and a few others in connection with the seizure of drugs from a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai. Aryan Khan moved the Bombay High Court after not getting bail from the lower court. The last hearing in this case was held on October 20, in which the court rejected Aryan’s bail application.
The raid was led by Sameer Wankhede, director of NCB’s Mumbai Division. Prabhakar Sail was made a witness in the raid on the cruise, but now they have accused Sameer Wankhede of demanding ransom. At the same time, NCB spokesperson and Minority Affairs Minister in Maharashtra Nawab Malik has also made many serious allegations in this matter. However, Sameer Wankhede has denied all the allegations.
