It has been introduced as a value-added service. Under this, the settlement of the claim of the customers will be done very soon and in a short time. In a statement, the insurance company said that as a value-added service, customers will get immediate settlement of their low value claims. It further states that this will reduce the settlement time of the customers to a few minutes.
At the launch of Fastlane Claim Settlement, Atul Deshpande, Head Claims & Digital, SBI General Insurance said that, at SBI General, they have always focused on delivering customer centric solutions, which translates customer satisfaction into their happiness. They strongly believe that technology and digital solutions can play a key role in enhancing the customer experience. With Fastlane Claim Settlement, they aim to reduce the time taken for settlement of motor vehicle claims, thereby reducing the time required for physical inspection, documentation.
