They are expected to maintain the balance of life along with other responsibilities. But in that process, she ignores her health problems and this can lead to serious consequences in the future. Here we are sharing some important things for women that women should do to live a healthy life.
Punctuality
It is said that “getting up early from bed makes a person healthy, wealthy and intelligent.” Therefore, follow this advice. You wake up in the morning and prioritize exercise daily. Take a 45-minute morning walk or do yoga and pranayama.
Eat on time
Food should be consumed on time which is before 9:00 am, lunch between 12: 00-1: 00 pm and before 7:00 pm in the evening so that the digestive process is smooth.
Healthy sleep patterns
A good sleep routine is very important. Get at least 8 hours of sleep. Avoid sleeping during the day and sleep between 10: 00-10.30 at night. In the afternoon you can take a short 20-minute nap.
For menstruation
During menstruation, avoid physical activities such as engaging in sports, trek or going to gym or exercising on these days. Avoid spicy and oily food. Take proper rest for 3 days and be stress free. To remove mental stress, practice deep breathing exercises, meditation, yoga and pranayama. You can also de-stress by talking to your family members or friends and spending quality time with them. Also, music, dance, gardening or photography, do whatever you like. This can help you reduce your stress.

Eat healthy homemade food with 1 teaspoon of ghee. As Ayurveda says, during menstruation, there is an increase in vata and dosha. So, it is very important to have ghee with food. Keep good hygiene of your vaginal area and keep it dry as the chances of infection are high.
For menopausal women
Menopausal women suffer from mood swings, hot flashes, depression, osteoporosis and insomnia. To overcome all these problems, take herbs like asparagus, ashwagandha, kumari (aloe vera). Turmeric milk, dry fruits like black raisins and Indian spices like black pepper, cumin, dill seed, cinnamon and fennel seeds correct hormonal imbalance. The most common cause of female disorders is hormonal imbalance. Therefore, it is very important to have proper balance in hormones which can only be achieved through proper diet and lifestyle.
Be protected from UTI
Women often suffer from urinary tract infections, so follow proper hygiene and keep your body hydrated by drinking enough water and fruit juices. Freshly made lemon juice is best for all seasons and all times of the day.
More fruits and vegetables
Eat calcium-rich fruits like figs, kiwis and watermelons. Consumption of all seasonal fruits and vegetables is essential for natural multivitamin supplements. Eat leafy vegetables at night which are jam-packed with fiber and iron. Reduce processed foods, sugar, salt and saturated fat.
Women who are 40 years old
Women in their 40s should check their calcium and vitamin levels as this is the age of menopausal. Once men do not secrete estrogen and progesterone hormones, calcium is deficient leading to osteoporosis (reduced calcium in bones) and reduced bone density. Get regular pap smear test (for cervical cancer) with a mammogram to control breast cancer. Proper prenatal care (before conception), prenatal (during pregnancy) and postnatal care (after delivery).
Pamper your skin and hair
When they talk about your skin and hair, do not forget to give that care. Any skin problem like pimples needs immediate attention.
