    Pritottanasana

    This is such an easy exercise for the whole body. Lie straight on the ground. Look at the sky. Taking the breath inside, keep looking up at the sky, lifting the buttocks, waist and shoulders upwards. After this, try to hold the toe while following the hand. While holding the toe, the chin should be adjacent to the chest. This makes the body strong and flexible. It is beneficial in camaraderie. Prevottanasan should not be given to pregnant women without consulting a doctor. Generally, no yoga should be done without experts.
