Eligibility for SSC GD 2021
The SSC GD Eligibility criteria are explained in terms of two components. First, through their Nationality. Candidates applying for SSC GD must be citizens of India. Next, to check eligibility, Age limit is kept as a criteria. Candidates applying must be aged between 18 and 23 years. And lastly, for Educational Qualification, candidates applying for the SSC GD post must have passed Class 10 from a recognized board.
Pattern of Examination

The examination rounds begin with a Written Exam, followed by a Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), and a Detailed Medical Examination.
The primary stage of the SSC GD exam is a Computer Based Exam, which is taken online across different exam centers. Candidates giving the SSC GD exam are supposed to get the minimum marks to get considered for the next selection round. Candidates need to do 100 questions within 90 minutes. For every correct option, candidates will get one mark while no marks will get deducted for wrong answers.
The Examination Paper consists of four sections, Part A, B, C and D. Each section carries a weightage of 25 marks. Part A will have questions from the General Intelligence and Reasoning portion. Part B comprises the General Knowledge and General Awareness section. And lastly, Part C and D will be testing your knowledge on Elementary Mathematics and Language (English / Hindi) respectively.
