The interest hubs are being arrange underneath a scheme referred to as ‘involving private academies and individual NGOs in development of music, theatre, fine arts and crafts in schools of Directorate of Education’.
Under the scheme, every particular person academy and NGO should get hold of a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) for his or her trainers earlier than the graduation of imparting coaching to college students within the college.
“The number of days of training as well as time duration will be agreed upon mutually by the academy or NGO with the school principal but it should not be less than two classes per week of at least two hours duration. One room or hall will be provided in the school premises for usage. No charges will be levied on the academy or NGO on account of usage of the school premises,” the official stated.
The official additional added that no subletting, sub-leasing or outsourcing of tasks shall be allowed underneath any circumstances. “The academy or NGO shall have to declare its qualified trainer as well as assistant trainer for a particular school to the concerned principal well in advance, before imparting training,” the official added.
Under the scheme, college students will probably be educated in Indian classical music, radio jockeying, images, theatre, public talking, wonderful arts, coding, amongst others.
