The case of Karen Read, the Mansfield lady accused of backing her automotive into her boyfriend, Boston Police Officer John O’Keefe, took a harsh flip Friday.
Prosecutors say Read dropped O’Keefe off at a good friend’s home in Canton within the early morning hours of Jan. 29 for a get-together following an evening out at two Canton bars with buddies and had backed into him as she made a three-point flip to depart.
