BharatPe is giving BMW bikes to new employees joining its team under the bike package while Apple is offering many branded gadgets like iPad Pro, Bose Headphones under the gadget package.

BharatPe, India’s third largest company in the Point of Sale (POS) category, has announced a bumper joining perk for its new employees. Under this perk, BMW bike, Apple iPad Pro, Samsung Galaxy Watch is giving as a gift to the new employee. Apart from this, the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup held in November will also take on the Dubai Tour.
BharatPe has prepared an expansion plan for itself. Under this plan, the company will launch some new products in the field of merchant and consumer lending in the coming few days. For this he needs to expand the team. By the end of the current financial year i.e. by March 2022, the company will have to increase the strength of its team three times. For this, the company will include 100 new people in its team.
Option to choose from 5 super bikes in the bike package
To woo the good talent of the industry, the company is offering two types of packages to the new employees. The first package is “Bike Package” and the second package is “Gadget Package”. Under the bike package, the company is giving the new employee the option of 5 super bikes. In this, BMW G310R, Jawa Parek, KTM Duke 390, KTM RC 390 and Royal Enfield Himalayan are given as options.
Different gadgets will be available in the Gadgets package
On the other hand, under the Gadgets package, the company is giving new employees Apple iPad Pro (with Pencil), Bose headphones, Harman Kardon speakers, Samsung Galaxy Watch, WFH Desk & Chair and Firefox Typhoon 27.5 D cycle for cycling.
The company will take Dubai to show the World Cup
The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup is starting from the month of October and it is being organized in Dubai. On behalf of the company, all the employees of its team will be taken to Dubai to show the match.

Apart from this, the company has announced the appraisal for the current financial year 8 months in advance. The appraisal which would have been received in the year 2022, its benefit has been given now. It has also been implemented from 1 July 2021. The appraisal is divided into two parts, in which one part will also be available in the form of Employee Stock Option ie ESOP.
Target to triple POS business this year
Talking about the company’s business, last week Bharat Pay has set a target to triple its POS business. By the end of the current financial year, the company has set a target of reaching TPV i.e. Transaction Processed Value beyond $ 6 billion (44800 crore). The company has so far raised funds of more than $ 300 million i.e. 2100 crores through equity and debt.
