Two-wheeler gross sales in June noticed optimistic YoY development of 20.6 per cent, whereas all two-wheeler producers noticed development, aside from Bajaj. Hero MotoCorp leads the phase in gross sales, adopted by Honda in second and TVS in third, whereas Royal Enfield, which posted the second-highest YoY development settles for final, trailing Bajaj and Suzuki.
Hero MotorCorp offered 4,63,210 two-wheelers in June 2022, posting a 5.6 per cent development over June 2021 gross sales, which stood at 4,38,514 models. The two-wheeler producer managed to promote 24,696 models additional this June in comparison with June final yr.
Honda’s gross sales for June 2022 stood at 3,55,560 models, a YoY development of 67.3 per cent as in comparison with 2,12,453 models offered in June final yr. Honda managed to promote over 1.4 lakh further models in comparison with June 2021.
In third is TVS, with complete gross sales of 1,93,090 models. The Hosur-based two-wheeler producer posted a 32.7 per cent development over 2021’s gross sales, promoting an extra 47,677 models this June in comparison with June final yr.
As talked about earlier, Bajaj is the one two-wheeler OEM to have posted detrimental YoY development in June 2022. Last month, Bajaj offered 1,25,083 models, which is 30,557 models lower than June 2021 when the OEM offered 1,55,640 models.
Next is Suzuki, with 52,929 models offered in June 2022, adopted by Royal Enfield with 50,265 models. Both OEMs posted a development of 30.7 per cent and 40.3 per cent in comparison with June 2021.
