Germany’s luxury car manufacturing company Audi is going to introduce its electric SUV e-tron and e-tron Sportback on July 22. The company will offer the e-tron in two variants, e-tron 50 and e-tron 55. Even before the launch of this SUV, the company has announced a variety of curated ownership programs. This ownership package includes a special service plan of two to five years and an extended warranty and buyback plan.
Under this plan, within three years of buying the company’s upcoming electric SUV e-tron and e-tron Sportback, if the customer wants to sell and wants to buy the future model, then he can sell it again to the company. Under this curated ownership package, two years standard warranty and 8 years high-voltage or 160,000 km warranty will be given.
The company has said that comprehensive service plans are available for four or five years depending on the plan chosen by the customers. These will include the cost of service and maintenance of brakes and suspension and extended warranty. Also, the Extended Warranty is available for a period of 2+2 years or 2+3 years.
Along with this, 5 years road assistance will be given in case of any mechanical force majeure on the road, which is complimentary. Audi is confident that these offers will benefit buyers and make the proposition of owning an Audi e-tron or Audi e-tron Sportback all the more attractive.
The company’s head Balbir Singh Dhillon said that the aim of these packages is to give the best ownership experience to the owners of electric vehicles. “Customer centricity is at the core of all our plans, and with the selection of these packages, our customers can enjoy the great Audi e-tron experience without the worry of service and residual value. The manpower in the Audi network is trained by Audi certified trainers to ensure efficient maintenance of our EVs.
