Exports increase more than domestic sales
According to the press release issued by the company, in November last year, it sold 1,50,630 units. It had domestic sales of 1,43,686 units and the company exported 6,944 units. In this way, Maruti Suzuki not only sold more in the domestic market this year, but its export sales also increased. Domestic sales were up 0.4 percent in November this year compared to November last year, but exports grew 29.7 percent.
22.9 percent drop in April to November
If we talk about April to November in the current financial year, there was a huge decline in the total sales figures. Between April and November this year, 8,05,400 units were sold whereas in the same period last year 10,44,976 units were sold. MD Motor India records record retail sales
