In the Corona era, it has become a necessity for everyone to have their own vehicle. In such a situation, if you are planning to buy a two-wheeler, Honda has brought a great opportunity for you. Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has introduced the same cashback plan on the Unicorn as on its other models.
This offer is valid till June 30, 2021 and is available only when the buyer opts for EMI plans through SBI Credit Card. To avail this, the minimum transaction required should be Rs 40,000. This means that SBI card holders will have to spend at least Rs 40,000 from their card on purchasing unicorns to avail the cashback offer. HMSI is also offering cashback on other models like X-Blade, Shine, Hornet 2.0, Grazia 125, Activa 6G and Dio. These offers may vary.
Rest of the models can be included for offer in other parts of the country as well. The best thing to do is to call your nearest Honda dealership and inquire about the ongoing offers.
Honda Unicorn 160 is awesome
- The Honda Unicorn 160 gets BS6 compliant 162.7 cc single-cylinder engine with fuel-injection and Honda Eco Technology (HET).
- The engine generates 12.73 Bhp power at 7,500 rpm and 14 Nm of peak torque at 5,000 rpm.
- The BS6 Honda Unicorn can be purchased in three colors – Matte Axis Gray Metallic, Pearl Ignace Black and Imperial Red Metallic.
- The bike also gets single channel ABS standard and seal chain for less maintenance.
- The BS6 Unicorn also gets a warranty package of 6 years (3 years standard + 3 years optional).
- The BS6 Honda Unicorn has been offered in only one variant and is priced at Rs 97,356 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Apart from this, HMSI announced that it has started operations in select manufacturing plants. According to a press statement from HMSI, the two-wheeler manufacturer has resumed operations at its three plants – Manesar in Haryana, Tapukara in Rajasthan and Vitthalpur in Gujarat. The company is yet to resume operations at its Karnataka plant in Narasapura. The two-wheeler maker had temporarily halted operations at all four plants amid the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic.
