A girl who has accused Premier League footballer Benjamin Mendy of rape was dancing with him hours after the alleged assault, a court docket has been informed.
CCTV footage from inside a membership on the day of the alleged rape confirmed the girl dancing in opposition to the Manchester City left-back.
Other footage was additionally performed to a jury at Chester Crown Court, which confirmed the girl placing her hand on the 28-year-old’s neck as they appeared to trade phrases on the dance ground.

Eleanor Laws QC, who’s appearing for the footballer, questioned the girl over the footage and urged she was “physically comfortable” with Mendy regardless of the alleged assault.
“I would not say that I was physically comfortable in his company, I had just not processed everything that had happened,” the girl mentioned.
“I was very drunk and I was just doing what everyone else was doing – I was acting like nothing had happened.”
Ms Laws QC continued: “Nobody in that club would suggest to you that you had to rub your bottom and dance towards someone you didn’t want to.”
“No,” the girl responded.
She later defined: “I was dancing with everyone, everyone was dancing with everyone.”
Another clip was taking part in which appeared to indicate the girl approaching Mendy and speaking to him as he left the membership.
The jury was informed that she went again to the footballer’s residence two days later after being invited by one other man however Mendy was not there.
Ms Laws QC mentioned: “You would not want to go anywhere near there after what happened.”
The girl replied: “Not on my own, no.”
Mendy denies eight counts of rape, one rely of tried rape and one rely of sexual assault in opposition to seven younger girls.
Co-accused, Louis Saha Matturie, 41, the footballer’s pal and fixer, is alleged to have had the job of discovering younger girls for intercourse.
Matturie, of Eccles, Salford, denies eight counts of rape and 4 counts of sexual assault referring to eight younger girls.
Both males say any intercourse was consensual.
