Police have issued a warning after a woman who took a pill containing an unknown substance died.
Officers had been known as to Move nightclub in Exeter shortly after midnight, after workers raised issues in regards to the 16-year-old.
She was taken to Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital the place she died.
