The US Air Force has asserted jurisdiction within the prosecution of a servicewoman charged with inflicting the demise of a motorcyclist by careless driving, a courtroom has heard.
Motorcyclist Matthew Day, 33, died from accidents after a crimson Honda Accord automobile collided with the Yamaha motorcycle he was using in Norfolk, at Southery close to Downham Market, final Friday.
Airman top quality Mikayla Hayes, 23, who is predicated at RAF Lakenheath in Suffolk, was launched on conditional bail on Wednesday after showing at Westminster Magistrates’ Court.
