The third round of talks remained inconclusive

Zelensky’s signature on the application for entry into the European Union

Zelensky posted pictures of himself signing the application. His office says the paperwork is on its way to Brussels, where the 27-nation EU is headquartered.
Putin threatens nuclear attack

352 people including 16 children died in Ukraine
Ukraine’s representative at the emergency meeting of the UN General Assembly said, “To date, 352 people, including 16 children, have died from the Ukrainian side. The death toll is increasing continuously. The shelling is still on.”
