The Trades Union Congress (TUC) is reporting the federal government to the UN Workers’ rights watchdog over its controversial strikes invoice.
TUC common secretary Paul Nowak stated the “unworkable” laws, which can implement minimal service ranges throughout strike motion, will “escalate” industrial tensions slightly than to resolve them.
