The brother of murdered James Bulger has stated he won’t ever forgive the toddler’s killers.
James was two years outdated on 12 February 1993 when he was kidnapped from a procuring centre in Bootle, Merseyside, by two boys then often known as Jon Venables and Robert Thompson.
