An adolescent has died and three individuals have been injured after a three-car collision on New Year’s Day.
The 18-year-old man died on the scene of the crash, which occurred at about 1.30pm on the A35 close to Kingston Russell, west Dorset.
The teenager, from Cornwall, was a passenger in a black Toyota Aygo, which was in collision with a silver Kia Sorento and a black BMW.
His household have been knowledgeable, the authorities mentioned.
Another three individuals have been taken to hospital with accidents that aren’t regarded as life-threatening.
All of the autos concerned remained on the scene of the incident, which police mentioned is just not being handled as a fail-to-stop collision.

Dorset Police are interesting for witnesses or anybody with dashcam footage to come back ahead.
Sergeant Gareth Thomas mentioned: “First and foremost, our thoughts are with the loved ones of the man who sadly died in this incident.
“An investigation is beneath strategy to set up what occurred and I’m eager to listen to from any witnesses to the collision, or the style of driving of the autos concerned previous to it, who haven’t already spoken to police.
“Also, I would like to speak to any motorists who were travelling in the vicinity and may have captured anything of relevance on dashcam footage.”
Roads have been closed between Dorchester and Bridport whereas emergency providers responded to the collision and an examination of the scene was carried out.
