Rihanna has introduced her first new single in six years.
The singer posted on Twitter, writing the title of the music Lift Me Up and the date “10.28.22” together with a 14-second clip of the music.
Lift Me Up would be the lead single on the upcoming Marvel film, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
In the clip rising music may be heard together with the Barbadian singer’s distinctive hum as an “R” shines into view flanked by her title and the music title written in Wakandan, the language spoken within the fictional comedian ebook universe.
The music is ready to be launched on 28 October, two weeks earlier than the movie’s premiere on 11 November.
Lift Me Up’s launch marks the beginning of Rihanna’s large return to the music business, which is able to culminate in her headlining the Superbowl LVII Halftime Show in February.
