A person in his 70s has been severely injured after being attacked by two canines – each of which have been later shot useless by police.
The pensioner was set upon by the animals in Bognor Regis, West Sussex, on Friday morning, Sussex Police stated.
The pressure acquired a number of stories of a person being attacked by two canines, believed to be Rottweilers, at about 9.50am.
Both canines have been killed by specialist firearms officers who arrived rapidly and got the authority to place the animals down.
