Rishi Sunak has mentioned the UK “discourages” using cluster bombs after the US agreed to ship them to Ukraine.
President Joe Biden has confronted criticism for supplying the munitions, that are banned by many allies due to their observe file of killing many civilians.
The prime minister mentioned the UK was one in all 123 nations that signed a conference banning their use, and would proceed specializing in supplying tanks and long-range weapons to assist the combat towards Russia.

“We will continue to do our part to support Ukraine against Russia’s illegal and unprovoked invasion, but we’ve done that by providing heavy battle tanks and most recently long-range weapons, and hopefully all countries can continue to support Ukraine,” he added.
Mr Sunak will meet Mr Biden in London on Monday forward of a NATO summit.
