Chinese officials reached Pakistan for investigation
The federal government has started an investigation into the incident and a 15-member Chinese security team is also involved in the investigation. Meanwhile, Federal Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid has said that the investigation into the Dasu incident is in its final stages and will be completed soon. Rashid said he has instructed security agencies to further improve the security of Chinese citizens.
Talking to the media in Islamabad, Pakistan’s Home Minister said that 15 Chinese officials have reached Pakistan for investigation and the Chinese Home Minister has also spoken to him about the Dasu accident.
