The ultimate minutes of a person who was “smothered to death” after as many as ten cops and medical workers appeared to take a seat on him for 12 minutes have been captured in newly-released CCTV footage.
Irvo Otieno, 28, was handcuffed and shackled on the ankles within the video from 6 March at Virginia‘s Central State Hospital.
