Five individuals from the identical household had been killed in a blaze in west London on Sunday night, together with a mom and her three younger youngsters.
Seema Ratra has been named because the mom who was killed within the Hounslow fireplace. The three youngsters haven’t been named.

Speaking to reporters on the police cordon, Met Police Chief Superintendent Sean Wilson stated: “I know that people across the country are shocked and saddened by this terrible event last night.
“Everyone will need to know why this tragedy occurred.
“We will be working tirelessly with our colleagues at the London Fire Brigade to find those answers. At this time we have an open mind as to the cause of the fire.
“I’d ask individuals to not add to that uncertainty by speculating.”
London Fire commissioner Andy Roe also said: “This is a very unhappy incident and the ideas of all of us at London Fire Brigade are with the household, mates and all these affected at this tough time.
“Staff will be in the local community today to offer support and advice where needed.
“The welfare of our employees is essential and all these concerned might be supplied assist from our counselling and trauma service.”
