Zac Efron praised the late Matthew Perry throughout a speech on the Hollywood Walk of Fame – because it was revealed the Friends actor needed him to play him if there was ever a biopic on his life.
The High School Musical star, 36, was honoured with a star on the well-known path, which he described as “so surreal”.
Ahead of unveiling the star, Efron gave point out to his former co-star Perry, who died at his Los Angeles residence in October aged 54.
The pair labored on 2009 teen comedy 17 Again, the place a 37-year-old man, performed by Perry, magically transforms into his 17-year-old self, Efron.
