The prosecutor stated that after Cooper-Collyer shared two intimate pictures and a video together with his mom, she then despatched them to the daddy of the defendant’s ex on the day earlier than the sufferer’s birthday.
She stated the daddy “checked his mobile phone and found he had received two photos and a video which showed his daughter in sexually explicit poses”.
During a police interview, Cooper-Collyer stated his mom had entry to his cellphone and had despatched the pictures with out his permission.
He stated: “I left my phone for five minutes to go to the toilet, when I got my phone these pictures had been sent and I questioned her.
“I stated ‘Why did you do that?’ She was irritated, she stated she (the sufferer) was going to spoil my life with issues I hadn’t carried out, she (Cooper) stated ‘If she goes to do it to him, I’m going to do it to her’.”
Cooper-Collyer denied sending anyone private sexual photos or videos when giving evidence in court. He said that in the Facebook conversation with his mother, he said he had sent them, but he told the court he had not done so.
