A person who continued to have intercourse with a girl after she needed him to cease has been jailed for rape.
Ryan Hush, 23, had been out watching soccer and ingesting with pals when he met the girl for the primary time.

New guidelines for sentencing under-25s came into effect in Scotland in January 2022.
The Scottish Sentencing Council recommended a more “individualistic method” to take account of the perpetrator’s life experiences.
The changes were made to help reduce reoffending by focusing on rehabilitation rather than punishment.
Lady Poole noted: “Given your work historical past, supportive household, restricted earlier offending, partial perception and want to alter your behaviour sooner or later, there are prospects of rehabilitation.”
