Scientists have answered this question based on the mass of both stars (Double Sun Planets), their brightness and the position of the planets according to the system.
Big discovery made from Kepler Telescope’s data
NASA’s Telescope Discovers Five Double Sun Planets: With the help of data from the Kepler space telescope of the US Space Agency NASA (Kepler space telescope), the team of scientists has made a big discovery. They have come to know about the system of five double-star system. The most important thing is that there is also a planet present in everyone, where the possibility of life is seen. Scientists at Illionis University have invented a new way to use Kepler’s data.
Which will be able to find a system that has two stars and an earth-like planet, where there is a possibility of life (Kepler Mission Discoveries). This discovery is very similar to a scene in the Star Wars film, in which a character named Luke Skywalker sees two suns together from his uncle’s form. This scene of the film is based on imagination. But this research shows that there are five such systems, which have two stars.
How is life possible here?
Now a question arises that how can life be possible here? So scientists have answered this question based on the mass of the two stars, their brightness and the position of the planets according to the system. Along with this, it has also been seen that there is a possibility of water here (Kepler Mission Facts). The Kepler-38 is a system that has an earth-like star and a small star.
Which is located at a distance of 3970 light years from Earth. Along with this, a Neptune-shaped planet has also been found, which is orbiting a big star. On the basis of this too, it is believed that there is a rocky world here, which is worthy of living. Nine systems were monitored under the Kepler mission. Scientists have studied the impact of the stars of these systems and the areas of planets that are potentially habitable.
Kepler elected 34, 35, 38, 64, 413
The size of one of these systems is equal to the planet Neptune. Researcher Doctor Nicholas Georgakarakos of the Science Division of New York University Abu Dhabi said, ‘Those located in the Habitable Zone (habitable zones) of the planetary system also have the most chances of life, just like the Earth (Kepler Mission Data) . ‘ Kepler 34, 35, 38, 64 and 413 were chosen by the scientists. These are all twin-star systems where there is potential for habitable area. Along with this, the gravity of stars in the planets is also not affected (Kepler Mission).
Of these, Kepler 38 has been predicted to be like the Earth. The mass of a star is 95 per cent of its mass. At the same time, the mass of a small star is 25 percent of the sun. Scientists have so far seen a planet orbiting it, but it is believed that there will be more planets around it. Kepler 64 has four suns instead of two. There is a possibility of life on this rocky planet too.
