Jurors have been advised to not be influenced by an “emotional reaction” as they had been sworn in for Olivia Pratt-Korbel’s homicide trial.
Ten males and two ladies have been chosen to serve on the jury at Manchester Crown Court for the trial of Thomas Cashman, who’s accused of capturing the nine-year-old lady.
The 34-year-old is alleged to have been the gunman accountable for the deadly capturing of Olivia at her dwelling in Dovecot, Liverpool, simply after 10pm on 22 August final 12 months.
Her mom, Cheryl Korbel, 46, was injured within the capturing because the gunman chased Joseph Nee into their dwelling.
