Sex offender Josef Fritzl has claimed in an interview he thinks his household will “forgive” him for his crimes and believes he shall be “reunited” with them.
The 87-year-old instructed the Sun he’s “always thinking” of his household and in addition stated he was a fan of King Charles and watched the coronation on TV.
Fritzl was jailed for all times in 2009 after he was convicted of rape, enslavement and homicide for locking up and raping his daughter in a cellar for over 24 years in Austria.
Fritzl saved his daughter Elisabeth locked within the cellar of the household dwelling in Amstetten, raped her and fathered seven kids together with her.
One of the kids died as an toddler in 1996 as a result of Fritzl did not get him medical assist. Three of the kids remained within the cellar, whereas Fritzl took three others upstairs and raised them along with his spouse.
From Austria’s Stein Prison in Krems an der Donau, Fritzl instructed The Sun in a press release issued via his lawyer Astrid Wagner: “I miss my family very, very much.
“I’m at all times pondering of them, and the way I wish to see my grandchildren.
“I am sure that we are going to be reunited and I think they are going to forgive me for what I have done”.
He added that he’s “extremely sorry” for what he has achieved and “regrets” his crimes.
He additionally instructed the paper he watched the entire coronation on TV and thought it was “splendid”. “I’m a monarchist. I’m a big fan of King Charles,” he added.

Fritzl’s case gained worldwide consideration in 2008 when Elisabeth instructed police she had been held prisoner by her abusive father for twenty-four years.
He lured Elisabeth into the cellar of the household dwelling Amstetten in 1984, when she was 18 years previous. He instructed his spouse Rosemary that she had run away and joined a cult.
