A household has paid tribute to a father and son from Cardiff who died in a suspected poisoning in Bangladesh.
Rafiqul Islam, 51, and his son Mahiqul, 16, have been discovered unconscious alongside different members of their household in a flat on Tuesday afternoon.
They each died on their technique to hospital, whereas Mr Islam’s spouse Husnara, 45, and their two different kids, Samira, 20, and Sadiqul, 24, have been handled.

“Anytime I name him for any assist, any motive, he right away involves my home. He was a really pleasant particular person. A very good pal. I’ve misplaced my good pal.”

Farid Uddin, a superintendent at Bangladesh Police, said: “After discussing the general state of affairs with the medical doctors and inspecting the scene, we consider this may occasionally have been a case of poisoning.
“The other people in the building are close relatives of the victims. We questioned them.

Mr Islam was a member of the local football and badminton teams, he said, adding: “He was a really good particular person, very useful one that was on the mosque on a regular basis and consistently working with the group.”
Muhibur Islam, of the Jalalia Mosque and Islamic education centre, said Mr Islam was “a well-loved and well-respected member of the group”.
“It’s been a whole shock, it nonetheless hasn’t sunk in for everybody,” he added.
A Foreign Office spokesperson said: “We are offering consular help to a British household following an incident in Bangladesh and are involved with the native authorities.”
