Cruise ship passengers have been stranded at sea for almost every week after “biofoul” development was found on the hull – with Australian officers refusing permission for it to dock.
Hundreds of holidaymakers are reported to be on board the ship, which officers say is roughly 12 nautical miles offshore from the Port of Adelaide and out of doors Australian waters.
