A United Airlines flight has been compelled to divert after a cracked windshield was found mid-flight.
The Boeing 737-800 jet was on its technique to Washington DC however needed to land in Denver, Colorado – 1600 miles from its vacation spot.

The airplane was carrying 166 passengers and 7 crew, a United Airlines spokesperson advised Sky News.
The passengers had been moved to a different airplane at Denver and continued their journey after a wait of about two hours.
The spokesperson stated the flight was diverted attributable to a “maintenance issue”.
