Tributes have been paid to some who died after their automobile was pushed right into a flooded street in Merseyside.
Elaine Marco, 75, and her 77-year-old husband Philip Marco had been found by police inside a black Mercedes Class 180 that had pushed right into a flooded space in Mossley Hill.
