The Co-operative Group has reported a full-year revenue, helped by current cost-cutting and the sale of its petrol forecourt enterprise.
The retail-to-funerals enterprise mentioned it made a pre-tax revenue of £247m in 2022 – up by £190m in comparison with the earlier yr.
The Co-op mentioned it could have posted a loss had been it not for the £319m of revenue it created from the sale of its 132 petrol forecourts to rival Asda.
