The household of a British teenager who vanished whereas procuring within the Caribbean have stated they’re “beyond desperate” to search out her as officers examine the chance she was kidnapped.
Delika White Lezama, 13, from west London, disappeared whereas visiting her grandmother in Trinidad greater than two weeks in the past.
She was final seen behind a nook store close to her grandmother’s home within the northeastern city of Sangre Grande at 4pm on 17 December.
After realising she had not come house ten minutes later, Delika’s mom and youthful brother started a frantic search that’s ongoing.
Her older sister, Danika, wrote on Facebook: “She’s still missing. Has anyone seen or know of her whereabouts? We are beyond desperate to find her.”

A neighborhood search and rescue group at the moment are investigating the chance that Delika was kidnapped.
They are being assisted by the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service’s Anti Kidnapping Unit.

Delia White, her mom, who’s from Greenford, instructed The Mirror: “She didn’t seem upset or angry when she left – there was nothing that would have made her run away.
“I am unable to consider anybody who might abduct her specifically, however everybody is aware of us, the entire neighborhood is aware of us, and that I come and go from the UK to see my mum on a regular basis.”
She added: “My seven-year-old son is here as well, and I’m just trying to stay strong for him. At the moment I don’t have the energy even just to say how I’m feeling.”
