These farmers use an innovative method to recycle leftover whey from their cheese making to produce spirit.
Farmer makes vodka from milk
In this regard he explains that this principle is similar to that of milk stout. It is dissolved by adding sugar to the whey to make a type of beer, which is then distilled to make ready-made vodka. However, Brian and his partner Rebecca Morris described it as a “creamy finish that can be drunk clean”, adding that it is by no means an “adult milkshake”.
