    KYIV, Ukraine (AP) — A Russian missile strike on the Ukrainian port of Odesa hit a Liberian-flagged freighter, killing a port employee and injuring three residents of the Philippines, who’re crew members on the ship, Ukraine’s armed forces mentioned Thursday.
