Nothing Year (1) has created a ruckus in the market since its launch. Corel Pie has started selling here on the strategy of OnePlus. You can buy it in India from August 17.
People are very fond of Carl Pei’s Nothing 1 Year
Carl Pie’s new venture i.e. Nothing Ear (1) has launched its first product. No one had any idea that the name of this person’s new venture would create such a ruckus in the Nothing market. The company has currently launched only one product which is Truly Wireless Earbuds. This journey has been a long one for Carl as he was earlier associated with OnePlus. He left OnePlus last year to start his own venture.
The London-based company had earlier announced the price of Nothing Year (1) at Rs 5,999 and said it would be sold on Flipkart. The company today announced that Nothing Year (1) will be available for sale via Flipkart on August 17. This earbud will compete directly with OnePlus Buds Z, Oppo Enco W51 and others. Active noise cancellation has been given in Nothing 1. However, there is no information about how the Indian variant will be at the moment. Carl has kept its global price at Rs 8700.

what is special
In terms of specs, the Nothing Ear (1) earbuds have 11.6 dynamic drivers which is slightly larger than most of the TWS earbuds available on the market. As mentioned, these earbuds support ANC and they come with Bluetooth v5.2 connectivity which you get on both Android and Apple. For noise cancellation, you have been given Light and Moderate mode. The company says that, it wants to give better audio quality to the users during the call. Users will be able to run it from the Ear 1 app here.
Interestingly, the Nothing Ear (1) comes with a ‘Find my earbud’ feature that enables users to locate the buds when they are lost. As soon as the earbuds are activated, you will hear a sound in it, while they give a battery backup of 5.7 hours but in this you get 34 hours of total playtime. At the same time, after ANC is enabled, it becomes 24 hours. Clear charging case gives wireless charging support here. In this you get IPX4 rating. At the same time, it also supports touch gestures.
Why is the design different?
Its design is also special because its design was not disclosed till the launch. Its design is quite aesthetic. First time watchers may be surprised to see this. It gives a transparent look. Like all other earphones, you will not find it written on the left and right. Rather it has been made in such a way that, on seeing it, you will wear it in your right ear. In this you will get a red signal which will tell you that this is the right earphone.
