Xiaomi unveils many products at the global launch
Xiaomi has launched the latest series of flagship smartphones under its Xiaomi 11T series. The lineup includes two devices. Both Xiaomi 11T and Xiaomi 11T Pro come with camera, processor, display and top specs. However, the highlight in the case of Xiaomi, as usual, are the prices of the Xiaomi 11T and Xiaomi 11T Pro. Also, the company has also introduced its Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE as a budget offering with premium features. The new Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE focuses more on design and has a Snowflake White color option. The company also launched the new Xiaomi Pad 5 as its tablet offering with the phone.
First of all today we will tell you about Xiaomi 11T and 11T Pro. The showstoppers of the launch, Xiaomi 11T and Xiaomi 11T Pro were today launched as the new premium smartphones from the company. Both the devices are similar, only slightly upgraded.
Features
Both the 11T series smartphones come with 6.67-inch flat AMOLED display with FHD+ (2400×1080 pixels) resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 20:9 aspect ratio, over 1 billion colors and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. The display supports features like HDR10+, TrueColor, touch sampling rate up to 480Hz and 1000 nits peak brightness. The Pro model also supports Dolby Vision.
For computing, the Xiaomi Pro uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor, while the Xiaomi 11T comes with MediaTek Dimensity 1200-Ultra. This is a major difference between both the smartphones. Also, both the smartphones pack 5000mAh battery, but only the 11T Pro comes with 120W Xiaomi HyperCharge support. Vanilla 11T comes with 67W wired turbocharging.
The optics on both the smartphones are similar, consisting of a triple-lens camera setup with a 108-megapixel wide-angle primary lens, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens with a 120-degree field of view, and a 5-megapixel telemacro lens. There is a 16-megapixel selfie shooter on the front.
Both Xiaomi 11T and 11T Pro run on MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11 out-of-the-box. Connectivity options on the device include dual SIM 5G support, Bluetooth 5.2, WiFi 6, multi-functional NFC and an IR blaster.

The Xiaomi 11T will be available in two storage models with 128GB and 256GB of storage, both of which will have 8GB of RAM. Their price will be 499 and 549 Euro respectively. The three storage variants of the Xiaomi 11T Pro will include 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB and 12GB+256GB, priced at 649, 699 and 749 Euros respectively. There is also an introductory early bird price of just €599 for those who book in advance.
Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE
Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE is Xiaomi’s thinnest and lightest 5G smartphone to date. For this, the thickness of the device is just 6.81mm and the weight is 158 grams. The smartphone flaunts a 6.55-inch 10-bit flat AMOLED display with HDR 10+, TrueColor and Dolby Vision support. It promises 90Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. The smartphone works on Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor and has 6GB and 8GB RAM options. It has a 4250mAh battery which comes with 33W fast charging support.
Connectivity options are the same as on the 11T device. Even the camera module is the same, though the primary lens on the 11 Lite 5G NE is 64-megapixels. There is a 20-megapixel in-display selfie camera at the front. Apart from the Snowflake White color option, the new Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE will be available in Bubblegum Blue, Peach Pink and Truffle Black. It will start retailing for 369 euros for 6GB RAM and 128GB storage option, while a step-up variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage will retail for 399 euros.

Apart from the smartphone, Xiaomi also introduced its all-new Xiaomi Pad 5 tablet. The device comes with an 11-inch WQHD+ 120Hz display with 2560×1600 resolution and support for DCI-P3 and Dolby Vision. It works on an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 processor and has Qualcomm Kryo 485, Adreno 640 and fourth generation Qualcomm AI Engine. The Xiaomi Pad 5 packs a 13-megapixel camera at the back and an 8-megapixel selfie shooter on the front.
There is a 8720mAh battery and two storage options of 128 GB and 256 GB, both of which have 6 GB of RAM. Xiaomi’s new tablet will be available in two color options – Cosmic Gray and Pearl White. The base variant of 128GB has been priced at 349 Euros, while the retail price of 256GB version has been kept at 399 Euros.
