Geekbench has listed a new Vivo phone with model number V2140. While the name of the phone is not known yet. Tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore recently spotted the same model number on the IMEI certification site. The screenshot shared by Ambhore shows that the model number V2140 belongs to Vivo Y21e. According to Geekbench, Vivo Y21e is listed with a Qualcomm processor codenamed ‘Bengal’. The listing also reveals that the chipset can have four CPU cores clocked at 1.9GHz and the remaining four CPUs clocked at 2.4GHz. The code reportedly reveals that the Qualcomm SoC may come with Adreno 610 GPU. All these leaks suggest that this new Vivo phone could be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC.
Apart from this, Vivo Y21e is listed with 3GB RAM and Android 11. The single-core score of Vivo Y21e is listed at 387, while the multi-core score is 1,636. Apart from this, more information about the phone has not been found yet.
As mentioned, given the name Vivo Y21e, this phone is likely to be an offshoot of the Vivo Y21 that was launched in India in August this year. Vivo Y21 is equipped with MediaTek Helio P35 SoC and comes with 5,000mAh battery. It has a dual rear camera setup with a 13-megapixel primary camera. The company has not made any official announcement about the phone yet. But its model number matching in the last two leaks and now the listing of the phone on Geekbench points to the fact that soon some official information may also come out from the company regarding this phone.
