Through this, exemption was given for appearing in the case.
Let us tell you that now the Ghaziabad Police can approach the Supreme Court in this matter. The police have also started talking to many lawyers regarding this. When the police called Manish to the police station, he had applied to appear in the Karnataka High Court through video conferencing, which was finally accepted by the court. During that time, Manish had said in the court that, my platform was used to upload videos, if a case is made against my organization, I am only an employee in that organization.

Police cannot issue notice to me under Section 14A of CrPc.
