    OpenAI’s board of administrators stated Friday that Sam Altman will step down as CEO and shall be changed by expertise chief Mira Murati.

    The firm stated it performed “a deliberative review process” and “concluded that he was not consistently candid in his communications with the board, hindering its ability to exercise its responsibilities.”

    “The board no longer has confidence in his ability to continue leading OpenAI,” the assertion stated.
