Tatyana found that these seven apps were affected by malware like ‘Trojan’ Joker.
Many ‘Squid Game’ users had to face similar attacks with malware. Google removed these apps from the Play Store after the case was flagged. The most common of these malware attacks target illegals to make money through fake subscriptions and in-app activities. Users need to be more cautious and should not fall prey to any links or wrong purchases that appear suspicious. Cases of cyber attacks have increased in recent times as more and more people are shifting online. At the same time, fraud through gaming apps has also increased.
