Invitation-only audio chat is working on a plan to bring Facebook hotline to the iPhone app clubhouse competition and beta testing has started. Clubhouse is only an audio chat-related app, while Facebook has added many more features to the hotline. In addition to the audio events / discussions in the hotline, Instagram feature-Q&A (Questions and Answers) has been given. In this, in addition to audio chats, users can also do text chats. Under this new experiment of Facebook, all users participating can make online discussions in voice, video and text options.
Users can ask questions in writing on the hotline opposite the clubhouse. During discussion, speakers can select which user to participate in to speak. According to media reports, a Facebook spokesperson confirmed the company’s plans.
This is how Facebook’s hotline will be
A Facebook spokesperson informed that the company is testing how experts in live multimedia Q&A and interactive can teach people in some places. The hotline will not only have audio and text chat, but the headliners can turn on their webcam, if they want to be able to come in front of everyone. Abusive comments can also be removed in the text boxes. The company is also making efforts to record events and discussions in the hotline. This option is not currently available to clubhouse users.
Facebook is preparing for some more products
The development of the company has been confirmed regarding the hotline, but still the company has not announced anything clearly about its official launching. It is being speculated that Facebook can moderate the hotline events and remove those responsible in case of violation of rules. Apart from this, Facebook has also tested some other platforms, including a product menu based on questions and answers. The company is also working on Collab and Bars, a collaborative music app similar to TikTok.
