A person has filed a case against Apple. The Apple company had lodged a complaint against the person with the police that the same person was behind the attempted theft in many stores in America. The robbery was committed by someone else, but the person, who is being repeatedly harassed against himself, has filed a case against Apple. On May 28, the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts sued Apple and security industry experts, who are the contractors working for Apple on store security.
Apple Insider reported that the lawsuit claimed that plaintiff Usman Bah was falsely accused of stealing by some Apple store, which led to his arrest in New York in November 2018. The trial appears to be a continuation of another legal action by BA against Apple and SIS launched in April 2019.
The claims are similar to the same lawsuit, but specifically target activities in Massachusetts Apple Stores. According to the lawsuit, Baah received a Learner’s Permit for Driving in New York State in March 2018, which took the form of a printout detailing his height, weight, date of birth and eye color, but not a photograph of him.
Bah lost his temporary permit within the next two months, but got a permanent plastic version with his picture. In April 2018, the missing temporary permit was used by someone else to identify the theft of an Apple store in Greenwich, Connecticut.
It is said that the man was not at all like an arm apart from being black. He was 6 feet 1 inch tall while his arms are 5 feet 7 inches. Baah said that Apple and SIS made a record for Baah as a thief in the video and published information to both SIS agents and Apple Store in the US.
