Chahal (Yuzvendra Chahal) said in this video, ‘I have never heard this story, but now people will know about it. It was in 2013, when I was part of the Mumbai Indians team. We had a match in Bangalore. There was a get-together after the match. So there was a player who was under the influence of alcohol, I will not name him. He was too drunk. He was staring at me for a long time, then he called me.
Chahal (Yuzvendra Chahal) further said, ‘He took me out and hanged me from the balcony. My hands were wrapped around his neck. If I missed my grip… I was on the 15th floor. Suddenly many people present there came, they handled this whole situation. I had fainted, people gave me water. That day I understood how responsible we should be while going out. So this was an incident about which I think I narrowly avoided. There would have been a slight mistake and I would have fallen down.
