When will the auction start
Like Saturday, the IPL Mega Auction will start at 12 noon today. On Saturday, Chief Auctioneer (Auction Officer) Hugh Edmids had started the auction, but his health deteriorated in the middle, after which he had to withdraw and veteran cricket presenter Charu Sharma took up the responsibility. Hugh is fine now and is expected to take charge of the auction on Sunday.

How many players will be bid?
On Saturday, players from number 1 to 97 were bid. In such a situation, in today’s auction, players ranging from 98 to 161 will be bid first. They will be auctioned as usual. This means that the teams will be given a little more time to think and bid. After this, players between 162 to 600 numbers will be auctioned by accelerated auction. That is, the franchisees will have only a few seconds to bid for these players. In this, the players who were not sold on the first day will also be included.
